Everyday Protocol Terms of Service

Welcome to Everyday Protocol! These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the website www.everydayprotocol.com the Skool community, and all related products, services, and content (collectively, the “Website” or “Services”). By accessing or using any part of the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the Website or Services.

The Website and Services are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

1. Your Account and Security

If you create an account on the Website or within the Skool community, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under it. Notify Everyday Protocol immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

2. Responsibility of Contributors

If you post content to the Website or community (text, images, videos, or other materials, collectively “Content”), you are solely responsible for it. By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:

• It does not violate copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• It does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• It is not spam, pornographic, threatening, or unlawful.
• You have permission to post anything that includes the intellectual property of another party.

By submitting Content, you grant Everyday Protocol a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it for purposes of operating and promoting the Website and Services.

Everyday Protocol reserves the right to remove any Content that is objectionable or violates these Terms.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

For paid Services (Foundation, Core, Elite, or any other subscription):

• Subscription payments are charged in advance and are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time following the instructions provided in your account.

4. Services

• Fees and Payment: You agree to pay all applicable fees for Services. We may change fees with 30 days’ notice.
• Support: Paid members may receive support via email. Response times may vary.

5. Community Conduct

You agree to abide by the rules and culture of the Everyday Protocol community:

• Respect all members and coaches.
• Post in appropriate discussion groups.
• No harassment, discrimination, or spam.
• Positive, constructive engagement only.

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Website are the property of Everyday Protocol or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to use these without explicit permission.

7. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or any harm resulting from their use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided “as is.” Everyday Protocol disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness, health outcomes, or results. Use of the Website and Services is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Everyday Protocol is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees paid to us in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or Services at any time, with or without cause. Paid accounts may only be terminated in accordance with this Agreement. Certain provisions (intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity) survive termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everyday Protocol, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or Services.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in Auckland courts unless otherwise agreed.
