You’ll complete an onboarding form covering your goals, training experience, and schedule. From there, your coach designs your program and supports you through the app with structured workouts, progress tracking, and accountability.
Our Foundation tier gives you access to a library of pre-built workouts that you can complete anytime; perfect if you want structure on your own schedule.
The Core tier offers personalized training, habit tracking, and macro guidance for a more hands-on experience.
Our Elite tier includes everything. Full personalization, nutrition coaching, and in-depth feedback for the most complete coaching experience.
Nutrition support is available exclusively in the Elite plan. You’ll receive tailored calorie and macro targets, habit coaching, and feedback to help you fuel your goals effectively.
No. We can design your program for home or gym training depending on your equipment and goals. The key is consistency, not location. However we do recommend a gym for the best results.
For Core and Elite clients, your training plan is built around your ability, time, goals, and available equipment; using evidence-based principles of progression and recovery.
You’ll complete regular check-ins through the app to review progress, adjust training loads, and refine your plan. These help us stay aligned and keep you moving forward.
You can cancel Foundation and Core at any time — there’s no minimum commitment.
If you’ve paid upfront for a 12-week Core block, you can pause your training if needed, but cancellations and refunds aren’t available once payment has been made.
For Elite coaching, there’s a 12-week minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with two weeks’ notice.
You can expect steady, measurable progress in strength, performance, and body composition — without the burnout or extremes. We focus on sustainability and skill building, not quick fixes.
If you’re looking for flexibility and self-guided workouts, Foundation is a great place to start.

We don’t offer short-term plans. Progress takes structure and feedback over time. But our Foundation tier is a great low-cost entry point to experience the Everyday Protocol system.
